Head of the Bureau of Ecology of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church. Doctor of Moral Theology and Environmental Ethics. Professor of Ivano-Frankivsk Theological University. Studied philosophy, theology and environmental ethics at the Zagreb State University (Croatia) and the Vienna State University (Austria).

Volodymyr gave lectures on environmental ethics in more than a dozen universities, including Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, Odessa Ecological University, Zhytomyr Agroecological University, Vienna State University, University of Zagreb, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.

Full member of the Board of the Association of Social Ethics in Central Europe and the Board of the International Environmental Association "Responsibility for Creation".
